Katrina Wolf - Futures Trader

Katrina is a full-time intraday trader of meats, some currencies and indexes. Her trading philosophy is in perfect synch with OmniTrader's methodology.

What do you like best about the OmniTrader program?

It includes so many different analysis techniques. My trading philosophy is to look at a lot of different indicators. OmniTrader puts them together in an automated way. It saves time. I am an intuitive, as well as a technical trader and I feel that OmniTrader has a lot to offer. It is flexible enough to do a lot of different things - you're not locked into one way of trading. I like that a lot of the tedious programming work is done for you. I especially like the logical, user-friendly layout and that the charts are easy on the eyes.

How does OmniTrader help you save time in your daily trading?

It helps narrow down the field. If you'll notice, markets usually make their biggest moves out of tedious, uninteresting patterns. You're not paying any attention to them. OmniTrader pinpoints the markets that are ready to do something. I can pull up the charts and keep an eye on them.

How much time do you spend trading each day?

About 6 hours a day.

How easy is OmniTrader to use?

One of the best!

I use OmniTrader to narrow the field.

What is your trading style?

Medium-aggressive, very short term.

What do you trade?

Indexes, meats, some currencies.

How well have you done with the program?

Most of my trades last just a few hours. I take a piece out of the market and put it in the bank. Make a little money on a lot of trades. OmniTrader points out the markets with the potential for those quick, intraday trades.

Would you recommend this program to a friend?

Oh definitely. I have.
