Q: Why do I not see 5 or 15 min time frames; I only have the Daily/Weekly options?

A:

You may not be in a real-time profile. If you are using one of our installed profiles, it will have an RT prefix. If you created the profile you should have an RT icon on your main OmniTrader toolbar. If you have the To-Do List in place of RT you are in an end of day profile. You will need to create a new profile from the File menu or switch to one of the installed real-time profiles by clicking File/Open.
