I'm using the server version of TP and, of the three connection icons, the icon for the data server is showing it's not connected. Is this an issue or not?

Usually this will happen if you access the broker data through another connection while the Trade Processor is running. Displayed prices won't update when that happens, but trading will still continue. It shouldn't be an issue unless you want your last prices & P/L updating.
