I have been trying to set up communications between Interactive Brokers and myself via Preferences under the Edit tab in the Trade Processor. I have failed.
Can anybody help with an interpretation of the following warning I get ?

James,
Try selecting "Enable SSL". I think that is what you are missing.

And, by the way, that is enabling TradeProcessor to send you status, not IB.
