User Profile I get opening and closing trades on the same symbol on the same day. I thought by changing the "max strategies trading symbol" to 1 that would not happen. I did have a setting of 3 but When changing that setting from 3 to 1 how long does it take OV to reflect that in the trades?

User Profile That setting allows you to limit the number of strategies that trade the same security. For example, if 1 is selected, there will never be more than one position open per symbol in that account. Although you still may have a new open order & closing order on the same day for the same symbol (still only one position open at a time).
If this happens & you're trading through the Trade Processor, it will aggregate the open & closing orders together to get a total number of shares, then submit that total to the broker, which could result in more shares bought, more shares sold, or nothing submitted if the share size equals zero.
You made the change on 1/3/2017, so at that point it should reflect the change, with the next morning's submissions.

User Profile OV did finally update I believe to the 1 strategy. I assume it took some time working through all the calcs in the cloud (but was unsure at the time).
Previous multiple orders are there but seem to have resolved to showing "executed". Thanks Barry.
