COT Data Not Updating

Subject : COT Data Not Updating

When I try to update my COT data, I get the following error:

Error -2146233088: Wrong Local header signature 0x4F44213C
Occurred in routine 1666 - modCOTdb.bas DownloadCOTData
Please note this error or send a copy of OT.log to

I'm not seeing this. Did you try with OT closed, & running the COT 2018 Utility? Are you using 2018 or 2017? When was the last time it worked for you?
