Does the Interactive Brokerage support multiple broker stops for Garwood?

I would like 4 take profit limit orders, each for 25%. My preference is to have them sitting at the broker (IB) so that they are executed as soon as the limit is touched.

If multiple broker stops are not available, can I configure OT to run the ToDo periodically such that new data (delayed) is gathered and the trade plan re-evaluated?

Or do I have to go to VT to run my strategy?
