Barry Cohen![]() Posts: 6338 Joined: 1/19/2004 ![]() | I'm seeing no other reports of this error, & the log doesn't give us any helpful information. Can you give more details on when this error pops up? Are you able to create a new profile (File/New)? If you are, can you then chart a symbol? | |

Jim Dean![]() Posts: 3022 Joined: 9/21/2006 Location: L'ville, GA ![]() | Wild guess. Have you recently changed the display resolution or the monitor orientation (portrait / landscape)? Some N tools don’t always behave well with high res portrait mode, from my experience over several years. I reported it way back when but have heard nothing about a fix. So maybe the mouse is moving to a pixel location that is not being translated properly within the routine’s coded boundaries. Like I said - wild guess. | |

I tried now in a smaller Mode the error doesn't appear anymore. I think you are right. Thanks a lot for your wild guess. | |
