Not getting TRADE entry/exit emails anymore |

Buffalo Bill![]() Posts: 539 Joined: 10/3/2006 Location: Stafford, VA ![]() | Using ATM with AT for over a year now, and I have email notifications turned on, it's been working great. However over the last month I have stopped getting TRADE entry and exit email notifications - last one was 6 Sept. I still get all the dis-connected/re-connected auto-trade warnings, broker disconnected/reconnected AND the 2 daily ATM "has run the to-do list" and "submitted trade" emails everyday, just not the actual entry/exit ones which are very important. I use them to track ATM perf! Esp for someone like me who is out of the country 2-3 weekdays every week it is often the only way to keep up with what ATM is doing. ***This began right after I installed the latest PR, so I'm guessing it's connected to that*** HELP | |

Barry Cohen![]() Posts: 6338 Joined: 1/19/2004 ![]() | Nothing has changed in that area for quite a while. And from what I recall it should only send emails regarding individual trades if there was a problem where it could not place a trade for some reason or a trade became disconnected, etc. | |

Aaron B![]() Posts: 19 Joined: 2/21/2009 Location: Raymond, WI ![]() | I am with you. I had stopped getting them too... I think something changed at IB or GarWood. The fill emails came from GarWood if I remember correctly. I could not find a setting at IB that would/did solve my issue. I guess GarWood is next on my list to contact... Also, Google started blocking OT so I haven't even been getting my "Process has run and Orders submitted" emails. At least I know what I am doing tomorrow... Aaron | |

Barry Cohen![]() Posts: 6338 Joined: 1/19/2004 ![]() | I can't read that file. Can you attach a screenshot instead? or forward one of the emails to me directly? The AutoTrade emails would only come from AutoTrade@OmniTrader.com or from your personal email address. | |
