I'd appreciate any help creating a new criteria rule that will filter for 3 trending weeks in a row on the weekly time frame.
for uptrend
current weekly close is higher than prior week;
prior week close is higher than 2nd prior week;
2nd prior week close is higher than 3rd prior week.

You said you were using a Weekly timeframe. If that’s true, then OHLC applies to weekly bars. If you’re using a Daily timeframe but want a formula that analyses weeks, multiply all the [#] values by five.
C > C[5] and C[5] > C[10] and C[10] > C[15]
