How can I delete old focus list column headings as I would like to reuse some old heading names.

How can I change the focus list column heading names without having to delete the column and then reinstating it with a new name.

You can right-click a Focus List column header & select Remove (bottom of the right-click menu) or click the wrench icon to configure columns & remove it there.

Column names cannot be changed once they're created. You have to delete & recreate.
