I must say that the bugs in OT2007 makes life more of an adventure.
I needed to re-install three plugins-Turtle, volume and Pring. All three reported that they installed successfully. Then I opened OT and got the following message:
C:\Program Files\Nirvana\OT2007\plugins\OTTurtle2007.nsl.dll may need to be recompiled.
Then OT quits. I cannot use the program at all. Sigh...I gave up ever getting OT2007 to work properly and I uninstalled OT2008 for ruining my old strategies. So today I went ahead, took the plunge and bought 2007/2008 Pro. When I recieve Pro, I dread trying to install it for fear of what else is going to go wrong. Sorry for the sarcasm. I'm just exhausted with all the bugs and the fact that I can't get OT2007 to run properly or re-install my plugins without fouling up OT.

OT Support have suggested to me in the past not to uninstall/re-install OmniTrader. Why don't you give support a call? I am sure they will get you up and running quickly.

I am sure if you contacted support it would be able to fixed quickly.
From the looks of the log file though I would first try reinstalling the update to OT2007. That should update all your plugin files to the correct version. It's saying the Turtle dll file is not the same version as the version that your OT is. By running the update it should fix that.

I tried upgrading to 4u a few weeks ago and it made my portfolio sim stop working. So that is out of the question. Anyway, it's probably a moot point since I have finally given up hope of ever getting ot2007 to work properly--the bug you have been working on and we had hoped was fixed with the 4u release. That's why I bought pro. Sales was very good to me. I told them about the additional problems I had with ot2008 and they offered to let me have 2007 pro with the purchase of 2008 pro. This was something I did not know was possible. Very nice! So I will now gratefully unintstall the non-working 2007 and attempt to install 2007 pro and all my plugins. Hopefully all will be fixed.

OT2007 4u has a couple issues that you were seeing, & are still in the works to be fixed. I think you'll be happy with OT2008 Pro though. If you have any installation questions when you get ready to install it, check out this faq as it may already be answered:
