Re-installing after complete crash |

I'm assuming I need to re-install OT2009 and then download the update for 2010 to get a "clean" restart? | |

Jude![]() Posts: 15 Joined: 6/9/2009 Location: VIC, Australia ![]() | Thanks Barry, The re-installment went well apart from Nirvana GMMA, Nirvana Darvas etc which I've installed but aren't available in OT10. Should I have downloaded them to the desktop rather than allow them to download into OT10? Do their templates need to be downloaded separately? Cheers, Jude | |

Barry Cohen![]() Posts: 6338 Joined: 1/19/2004 ![]() | Check 2 things: 1. Click Help/About & make sure they're registered. If not, click Help/Registration/Get My CDKeys. 2. Click Help/Manuals & make sure the manuals got installed. If not, then the installations for them did not succeed & you'll want to reinstall those specific plugins. You can from the Get My Plugins feature or get them individually from here. | |

Barry Cohen![]() Posts: 6338 Joined: 1/19/2004 ![]() | If you're referring to Chart Templates (located under Edit -> Manage Chart Templates), then you will need to recover them from your previous installation. Neither Guppy nor Darvas install any Chart Templates. If you need to recover them from a previous install they are stored in the C:\Program Files\Nirvana\OT20##\ChartTemplates folder. If you're referring to something else regarding templates please elaborate. | |
