How can I filter the stock selections in my focus lists to just scan for stocks between 25 and 90 dollars in price? thanks

or, to include $25 and $90 stocks:
C >= 25 and C <= 90

Thanks Jim, but where and how do I enter these parameters? I went to edit pencil in my focus list click on all optionable stocks (I only deal in options) and it doesn't give me any opportunity to select anything.
This aso happens in my symbols. However when I select new list it avails the boxes on the right and I tried clicking on the technical box and entering the formula in pricing data it reads error.
Hope you understand.

All your questions are very basic, and are covered in the manual. You will never be able to use OT to even 10% of its potential without reading the manuals and watching the tutorials.
Just part of trading ... learning how to use the tools with confidence.

I've watched the tutorials, looked in the manuals and searched through the forum and never seen anything about price scan. I remember seeing mention of volume but I dont know how to tranlate that into price.
I've been wanting to do this for a long time and I know this has to be a simple thing, and your answer is why I was afraid to post the question as I suspected this would be the response.

Start by opening an EOD profile, click on the pencil icon at the top of your focus list and make sure the data source is set to "OmniScans".
1. Click the New List button at the bottom of the Symbol Lists section. You can also right-click in the Custom Lists section and select New List.
2. Type the name of your new list into the text field.
3. Press Enter on your computer keyboard. If you do not enter a name for the new list, OmniScan creates it and names it -> New List.
4. At the top right of the OmniScan window you will need to click on -> Add -> by the Starting Population..
5. When you have a "Starting Population" you will click on the Technical button at the bottom right of the screen.
When you click the Technical button to add a technical scan, OmniScan displays the Formula Builder where you can write your own technical scans using some basic indicators, operators, and other building blocks.
For what you are looking for, you would want to enter either of the parameters Jim mentioned into the formula builder window:
C > 25 and C < 90
or, to include $25 and $90 stocks:
C >= 25 and C <= 90

Btw, Admiral ... I *did* provide an answer.
If you know how to open OmniScan and create ANY technical filter, all you need to do is to copy and paste what I gave you into Formula Builder.
Formula Builder is covered very thoroughly in the regular Help and the OmniScan help.
I'm sorry I did not have the time to copy and paste the appropriate sections from the Help ... sometimes I do.
