I have OT 2004. Is FOLIOfn included with OT 04? Or is this an add-on that you must purchase separately somewhere?

Foliofn is an add on. I don't remember if there was a charge, but I don't think there was.
Very easy to use. You can trade directly with Foliofn site or through OT.
