Hi Barry,
I realize that there's a 20 minute delay in an EOD profile, but up until know I though having a RT subscription would override this limitation? Is this by design?
Just to be clear, I tried running the ToDo list this morning, but it wouldn't update any intraday charts until at least 20 minutes past the open.

Be sure you’re running an RT profile. Nowadays a so-called EOD profile can support intraday bars also via ToDo. If it’s an RT profile, there’s no ToDo download button.

If you have an RT data account your intraday timeframe prices will not be delayed, so if you check your charts now they should be updated. There may be a design issue with getting the data to load though within the first 20 minutes or so, & that could be what you experienced.

I had difficulties using intraday data periods with my EOD profiles. Updating data takes a long time and occasionally a bad symbol sent OT off to never-neverland. I spent about a year trying and living with the problems because having a few intraday data periods was essential for my analysis. Bottom line is it worked but the price I paid in terms of performance and glitches wasn't worth it so I quit trying to use intraday in my EOD profiles. I run VT as a companion to OT and have all the same lists and multiple time frames with the RT data. This combination works very well. In OT you get the tabbed analysis and news and in VT easy access to group strength and analysis and IMHO is a great package.
Hope this is useful information.
