Hi,
I hope someone will help me to get around this problem. For nearly a month, whenever I open the OT, a window appears asking me to get the CD key. After I enter the CD key it works. But when I want to open a new profile, I get the message: Omnitrader is not licensed to open the profile " Nasdaq 100 "

It means you've used the OT cdkey too many times. I've reset it for you, so you'll have to run Get My CDKeys once more & then it should be fixed.

Hi Barry,
When I turn on the OT to-day, it does not ask me to get CD key and I can open all the profiles. I think the problem is fixed. Thank you very much.

Barry..did you meant to say that the CD Keys were used on too many computers or something else? In case of former is there any limit to number of computers we can install and use OT?

Yes, the OT key was used on too many computers. OT & VT keys allow up to 5.

Hi Barry,
I really do not understand why. I load OT on 3 computers all the time. One is in my desktop in the office. One is in my laptop for use while I work out of my office. The third one is in the laptop of my trading partner. He works outside United States most of the time. There is only problem with the desktop in the office. There is no problem with the other two. Can you figure out the root of the problem? Thank you

I wouldn't worry about it. It's a rare case & it's easily fixable.
