OT2017 running under Windows 10 generally scales fine on high resolution screen where it is scaled more than 100% although the Fonts don't look as sharp. However "Filter Signals" window is one place where it has problem with scaling. Please see the screenshot below:

I guess that it should be easy fix it.

This has been a known issue for some time in many of OT's forms. Check out Steve Luerman's last post here for an alternative solution.

Steve's post referred to Windows 8 having a solution by the way. If you have Windows 10, the same solution should be in the Compatibility tab of the executable here.

Barry,

Unfortunately Compatibility settings in Windows 10 make thing worse. See the screenshots below:

Hi Vinay,

The problem you have seems very similar to an issue with DPI settings I encountered on one of my laptops a while back (took me months of troubleshooting to figure it out);

<<< Just in case someone else happens to encounter the same problem, this is how to resolve it.

On the computer in question, it turned out that there was an incorrect font setting in the registry. Whereas the Display DPI was set to 100% (96 DPI), the Font DPI was set to 125% (120 DPI). They both need to be set to the same values.

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\FontDPI

Thanks John,

Except for "Filter Signals" window as mentioned above, all other windows in OT are working fine without any Compatibility Settings or any modification to Registry.

However I also tried the suggestions made in your post and the linked Forum Posts but they don't make any difference.

In fact I have set the DPI scaling to 125% because otherwise the Fonts become very small in my 14" Laptop with FullHD screen.

Thanks once again for your attempt to help me.
