Average entry price is $60.91
Exit price is $62.31

Looks like a 2.3% gain from my quick inspection.

There are 3 separate entries (scaling in) at
$66.73 14 Nov 16
$56.52 21 Nov 16
$59.49 28 Nov 16

Each with 100% allocation. Thus the average entry price is $60.91

300% Exit 19 Dec @ a price of $62.31

Hafnium, so it looks like you assume, it was "Pyramiding"?
The strategy bought 3 times, then sold? Can you confirm please?

It does not look so obvious, because there is misleading text:

Fixed Loss Stop, while I would expect Market on open order
Also I would expect "Buy" signs on chart. Otherwise, the trader does not have any idea, when to buy 2nd and 3rd time.

Your welcome.

Although dated, OTU (Omnitrader University) had a course on Trade Plans some 5 years ago. If you call support they may still have it available. It goes through in detail how the Trade Plans operate.
