Support:

After updating to OT 2018 I got this in OmniScans in both 2017 and 2018 and no "Subscription" lists show in the OmniScan tree:



Any suggestions to correct this? It seems like I am getting data.

Running the ToDo List download data doesn't help?

I tried that twice before my post, but, interestingly, repeating it just now seemed to solve the problem.

Sorry to have cried "Wolf!".

Also interestingly the new OT 2018 asked if I wanted to restore my OmniScans - I can't remember if that was ever the case before.
