Subject : Error opening OmniTrader after Windows Update

A Windows update that was released on August 13, 2019 is causing the following error to occur in OmniTrader.



Error 5: Invalid procedure call or argument
Occurred in routine 4365 - ctlSID.ctl .AddSignals

Please uninstall the update for now to correct it. We are currently working on a fix.

Windows 10
1. Click Start>>Control Panel>>Programs and Features>>Installed Updates.
2. Find Update for Microsoft Windows (KB4512508) and select it.
3. Click uninstall.
4. Restart OmniTrader.

Windows 7
1. Click Start>>Control Panel>>Programs and Features>>Installed Updates.
2. Find Update for Microsoft Windows (KB4512506) and select it.
3. Click uninstall.
4. Restart OmniTrader.

OT2019 PR3D and OT2018 PR3B are both available with the fix.
