The following files did not self-register or unregister:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Nirvana\OT2021\DLLs\OTDBC2021.dll
A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed.
Error occurs installing original OT2021, and again updating to version 2B.
Anyway to fix this popup? What might this error cause on OT operation?

User Profile If you aren't using eSignal, it isn't any cause for alarm & doesn't cause any problem other than the annoying message you're seeing during an install. But if you are or you want to fix it, you need to install Visual C++ Redistributable for VS2015 (link below). OT2021 installs this for you unless your current OS does not support it. If your OS does support it then you may just need to run Windows Updates before installing this link. Once this is installed, the message will no longer occur.
