In the lists of OmniScan Indexes (e.g., Russell 1000, Russell 2000), it shows the following number of stocks for some lists:
Russell 1000 = 964
Russell 2000 = 1871
S&P500 = 494
S&P100 = 99
All of the index lists (except for the Dow indexes) show a number less than they should.
Is this a problem in my OT, and if so, how do I fix it?
I tried the "Update Now" button in OmniScan, but it did not change anything.

This happens often

Slow updates on the server side to the lists seems to be the reason. Often due to orig data vendor. Sometimes the lists are short since symbols drop out and are not immediately replaced by the ruling body. Sometimes symbols change and fail to be updated to the new name.

Check vs a webbased list and report specific symbols that are wrong and sometimes N can fix it.

This issue has been a recurring one for as long as I've owned OT and gotten their feed. But it's not necessarily N's "fault". I'm pretty sure that they "pass thru" whatever they get from Morningstar or whomever.
