Can anyone point me to the explanation of "test during Session" as used in a Trade Plan condition.
I placed a trade on a daily chart in an RT profile and the trade filled and almost immediately was closed. Even though there was only a movement of a few cents on a $100 stock I wonder about the behaviour of this statement.

Hi Jim. Because of all the issues with displaying intra day data periods in the Xsuite EOD profile I went to an RT profile based on Barry's suggestion. What a difference. It is working very well with no hiccups. However, I wanted to be able to place a trade anytime rather than MOO. I edited the Xsuite trade plan and saved it as "Xsuite RT" and used it in all the trade plan blocks for the five Xsuite strategies plus the XLS 19 V2. I only changed the buy order from an MOO to a limit to have flexibility at the time of entry.
I only test on the daily time frame and there is no optimization. I have weekly, daily, 240m and 60m data periods.
Thanks for looking into this. Attached file : loss stop.jpg (311KB - 447 downloads) Attached file : profit stop.jpg (300KB - 428 downloads) Attached file : Plan change.jpg (175KB - 442 downloads)

Hmm
Nothing in the snaps seems amiss.
I recently discovered (and Barry confirmed) a serious issue re using SM orders with virtual levels. He said they are too busy right now to fix it. Maybe the Limit orders (which I also could not get o work) are broken too.
So, the only thing that I know works reliably in TP's now are Mkt and MOO.
Sorry I couldn't be more help.
I really wish N would find time to fix the various order types. I've documented problems over and over again for years. We could all benefit tremendously from it if they did.

Thanks for that. I guess that means I will need to manually place orders and the stops.
Hope N can get this ironed out.

All I can say is to experiment with different settings. Maybe try an earlier year of OT.

Problem found. All of my trade plan settings are as shown previously but I went to place a trade to experiment and sell order incorporated right with the initial buy order.
Step removed and trading seems normal. Have no idea how the step got added.
