I have been with you for a long time, am a Nirvana Club member and have been using Omintrader for many years. There is very little activity surrounding Nirvana and Omintrader, e.g. new products or exchanges in forums. I am a little concerned about whether the company is doing well and whether the products will continue to be maintained. It would be great if there could be an official announcement here. I’ve been thinking about how best to reply to this thread, and I have a few questions I’d like to raise. First off, I’m really glad to hear Nirvana Systems is doing well — when things go quiet, it naturally gets people wondering. Thanks for the update, Barry! I understand that OmniFunds has required a lot of focus and resources as it generates revenue — but is the plan for OmniFunds to eventually replace OmniTrader, or will both continue to be developed? There are still quite a few dedicated OmniTrader users who noticed the absence of an OT 2025 release. Will there be an OmniTrader 2026 version, or are we looking at another year without an update? Could Nirvana please consider that OmniTrader and its mechanical trading automation were the foundation of what made Nirvana Systems great? I can't see the future, but I seriously doubt we will ever end support for OmniTrader. In fact, we at Nirvana still use it ourselves on a daily basis. When it comes to new versions like OT2025 & beyond, there will most likely be another version, but I can't say when that will be. Still, any future version of OT would most likely not be a whole lot different from OT2024. So outside of whatever new features we would create, whatever you would be doing in OT2025, OT2026, OT2027, etc, you could do the same in the existing OT2024. |
