Q: I get the following error & cannot use the program.
"Error 3197: The Microsoft Jet database engine stopped the process because you and another user are attempting to change the same data at the same time."
How can I fix this?
A:
Create a new profile with the symbols from this one. To do this, click File/New & give it a new name with the same settings you were using(real time/eod, stocks, futures, funds) & click ok. Click ok to bypass the Total Test Period message which is normal. Then click File/Import/Profile & select your old profile & put a check next to Symbols, but not Settings. Then click Import. Try running your ToDo list & see if your problem is corrected. If not, then you can set this profile up like your old one, & you can delete the old profile by clicking File/Delete.
