![]() This accout has been deleted | Q. After selecting eSignal as the datafeed for OmniTrader I get the message: Unable to locate DBC Data Manager and I'm prompted to locate the DBC Data Manager. What do I do? A. The eSignal Data Manager is not installed on your machine. To Download the Data Manager: - Click cancel to close the DBC Data Manager prompt box and then close OmniTrader - Go to http://www.esignal.com/esignal/default.asp - Click the Download button in the left-hand panel - Click the Download button and select Open when prompted - Follow the instructions on-screen to install. The default options should be sufficient. - After installation is complete you may be prompted to restart your computer - After restarting your PC, re-open OmniTrader - Go to the Edit menu and select Data Settings and make sure eSignal is selected - Enter your eSignal username and password and click OK [Edited by Barry Cohen on 4/1/2004 9:47 AM] |
