Both of my live IB accounts - one is 90K, other 140K - have been overall positive in slippage compared to the OV entry & exit recorded values.

I had overall negative slippage when executing 'non-round' lot (<100 share) trades. Once set limit to minimum 100 shares, both accounts biased positive. Using min 500K vol.

FYI, my IB Paper trading accounts of any size ($50K, $1M) always seem to have negative slippage bias. Real time performs better, if that provides you any comfort. However, I agree with your concerns. Hopefully, a nice problem to have.
