That 7-09 to 8-10 flat spot is an ugly time frame. I noticed that and have been run some strat analysis on those dates - specifically because sitting on my thumbs for a year would be impossible for me. 140 days is an eternity in trading days.
I'm looking forward to being able to rotate portfolios in a structured manner. Question is, when? Great idea for determining metrics toward initiating adjustments.
