Is there something unique about transferring IB accounts that are under the Friends and Family umbrella? I have 4 such accounts and attempted to transfer one of them to Garwood. At step 5 of the instructions things broke down because there is no choice to "Add or Configure Account". I chatted with IB, the chat agent had not heard of Garwood, and I've left a message for Garwood's customer service line.
