I'm getting a "Too many redirects" error when I click on Tools>Trade Processor. This is happening with both Firefox and Chrome.

Caveat: Had a hard disk failure and had to reinstall all my apps so this is maybe due to some missing cookie or browser security setting but everything else seems to work including redirecting to the forum from the Omnivest help menu.
