You had one strategy close & another open, but they were never both open at the same time. Additionally, when this case happens & you have a buy & sell at the same time, the Trade Processor will aggregate the open & closing orders together to get a total number of shares, then submit that total to the broker, which could result in more shares bought, more shares sold, or the nothing submitted if the share size equals zero. Since your TP is not on our servers I cannot see what happened, hopefully you got it sorted out earlier. | |
