There is a setting on the new Gateway that disconnects ONCE EVERY 24 hours at a time set in the Gateway app. It is Lock & Exit and must be changed to Auto Restart at a designated time(keeps log on info). If an update to the manual is every done, this feature should be added to the IB Getting Started section of the manual.

I suggest the (TP/HELP/Broker Installation: IB section)be updated as attempting to download older versions of Gateway is no longer viable(Gateway 956)downloadable, not useable.

As I see it currently, downloading Gateway from IB only allows the latest Gateway, not previous versions as I recently discovered due to a computer crash and resinstall.
