While on the "Trades" webpage, I used the Account dropdown at the top of the page to select a different tradeable account. It did NOT refresh the "Open Positions" for the newly selected account, but instead showed no Open Positions in the account. I went back to the Account Summary page and selected the account, and then selected Trades. It populated the current Open Positions. This occurred on two accounts. Now, after all accounts have been refreshed/updated with current info, I can use the dropdown at the top of the page and see properly populated data. NOTE: I'm using TradeProcessor 4D.

Can you try logging out & back into OmniVest & try again? Some changes have been added to the site, & there's a chance you had prior pages cached.

I find some other issues created, unless I do not understand flow. There is no drop down below MyOmniVest - so no access to existing Portfolios, Strategies, etc.? No way to adjust Simulation Start and End dates on new Settings tab for existing accounts. [Edited by BrianD on 8/9/2016 6:48 PM]

Wow a heads up might have been nice :-) My initial reaction is many more mouse clicks to see stuff. On the Trades page, what do the X's after OmniVest, Broker, and Data mean? Clicking refresh doesn't have any effect on this. Oh, I think I figured it out. You've integrated the server-based TP into the Trades page, right? What is the "Closed Trades" button suppose to do? Not a fan of the new account settings layout. I think it's much better to see all settings on one page. Steve

I agree the account settings page needs to go back to the way it used to be. The current page requires too many mouse clicks. I don't think that is helpful. Also, I used to really like how you could see Open positions, Positions to Close, Positions to Open, and historical orders all in one page. But with new interface, I have to click thru four tabs to see this when it was all on one page before and all I had to do was scroll down. It's definitely more mouse clicks and the change is not beneficial. I agree with Steve, there should have been a heads-up on these changes and even utilized a beta website so users could comment on what they liked and didn't like. Please allow a setting to use the old interface...I personally liked it much more. Thanks.

Barry, I still think there is an occasional problem with the page not correctly populating. This morning, I saw the same behavior I originally reported. That is, selecting an account from the drop down, I get "no open positions" displayed. After selecting other accounts, and then returning to the account which previously showed no positions, it now correctly shows positions. (I was using "Edge" browser.) Also, I have experienced a different problem using Chrome browser. With Chrome, I can't get to the "Trades" page at all. I see the behavior on two PCs. I can see the Trades page start to load, and then it switches (a second later) to the Elite Trader page. This snapshot shows what it ALWAYS goes to using Chrome: And I agree with the comments made by other posters. I don't see the benefit in clicking on multiple tabs to see what previously was visible on one page. I'll get used to it, but it requires more mouse clicks if one wants to capture a snapshot of the settings for documentation/history. [Edited by SteveL on 8/10/2016 9:25 AM] ![]() ![]()

Suggestion: If N wants to keep the new multiple tab format with extra clicks, then maybe they could add a new button to export a composite report similar to the prior format. Would that be a satisfactory solution? (Plus fixing the bugs of course)

An export button would be a superior solution for exporting settings - Yes. But, the issue others have raised still remains, i.e., you need to click on multiple tabs to see open positions, closed positions and history, where before you could see all this on one page. I have to agree with the others that the one page gestalt is more informative than the individual fragments.
