Subject : Can You Still Build "Strategy Only" Accounts?

You used to be able to build Accounts from either Portfolios only, Strategies only, or both. I'm not now seeing how to build an Account with Strategies. For instance, if I run the Strategy Report (Reports/Strategy Report) and come up with three strategies that performed the best over the past month, which I did (T1-L-OVsemicon / T1-L-K510 / and R20-Both-Biotechnology). Can you, or how would you 1) Build a Portfolio with only these three strategies, or 2)Build an Account with only these three strategies (no Portfolios).

1) Build a Portfolio with only these three strategies:
a. Click Tools -> Strategy Library.
b. Select the strategies you want & click Save As New Portfolio.

2) Build an Account with only these three strategies (no Portfolios):
a. Create a new account.
b. Click Tools -> Strategy Library.
c. Select the strategies you want & click Save.
