![]() This accout has been deleted | Well, I suppose it is inertia. The main 'reason' is that, with OT2006, I have canned strategies (Default, primarily) which give me signals I can understand AND which have yielded profitable results over the past many years. I've been buying many of your program's upgrades over the years. Heretofore I've been able to successfully emulate on the new version what I'd been used to seeing on the version being replaced. Admittedly, I haven't labored through all the OT2008 tutorials yet. Although I've been 'using' OT2008 for a few months, I haven't yet found an strategy setting in that which will give me signals ESSENTIALLY IDENTICAL to what I get with OT2006. Until I can see OT2008 and OT2006 side-by-side giving me 'roughly' the same results for the same set of symbols, I don't feel very comfortable dropping OT2006. Once I achieve this milestone I'll be happy to switch completely to OT2008. Is there a way for me to set up OT2008 to achieve what I'm looking for? |
