Hello,
We are currently looking at this issue. Can you send us your brokerage log for that day the next time you see this occur? Are you trading manually by pulling down the chevrons or using OmniPilot? If you right click on the blue chevron are you given an option to Edit Trade Plan and what happens if you do?
