You'll need to attach your C:\Program Files\Nirvana\OT2010\OT.log (see the checkbox below the message-box field) for the N staff to work on it. This is not something that we hoi polloi can have any hope of figuring out, without a lot more info about what you were doing, etc etc.
However, N staff with the help of your log file can usually sleuth it out. One of them MIGHT be oncall today (Sat) ... ya never know!
