JamesR Veteran  Posts: 216 Joined: 10/4/2008 Location: Gloucestershire, England, UK  User Profile | Barry, I already use signal trader but getting very dissapointed/despondent about the data. e.g. I signalled into ADD (Advanced Developing Market Trust) which delisted moved to Guernsey and re-listed as ADMF (Advanced Developing Markets Fund). This happened on 9th November 2009 - despite many requests the ADMF symbol has not appeared in the database so I can no longer track it via OT. I was signalled into CPW - CarPhoneWarehouse - this recently split into new CPW (With same EPIC) and Talk Talk Comms with EPIC TALK - this happened 2 weeks ago - the symbol TALK has not appeared in the dataset. These are symbols I know of so there may be others missing, but the point is the data feed should be picking up these changes and I appreciate I then need to add them manually to the focus list, but I can't do that if they are not in the data to begin with. I have been looking at MetaStock and their data feed to see if that will load up into OT - it seems to be $240 for all european exchanges for a year whereas ST is costing me £290 for the year for FTSE 350 and midcap UK only!! | |
