When you did so, and clicked Ctrl-V to paste in the snapshot, did you see it appear? Did you have problems with the editing that I described? Actually, the snapshot should not be necessary. My earlier descriptions were pretty specific. I suggest you re-read them (try to forget your current terminology when you do). And read the manuals.
