Yes Bill, our developers are very busy & have deadlines to meet for different things. I haven't forgotten about this issue, we'll fix it.

Frank, I'm not sure why your screenshot tool doesn't work - I've seen others post about the same issue, but I've tried multiple installations & it seems to work fine. The patterns issue is fixed in OT2014.
