We make data corrections any time they are submitted to us, usually on the same day. If you have a data correction that needs to be made, you may do so any time. But please check this FAQ to make sure it's actually a data issue.

But given what you said, I checked AAPL & CAT daily data back to 1990. OmniData, eSignal, TC2000, & IQ Feed are all nearly identical. So maybe the data that you are seeing isn't updating historical changes properly. You could try reinstalling OmniData by uninstalling it & reinstalling it here.

Although maybe you're referring to how OmniTrader displays splits, dividends, symbol changes, etc. If that's the case then yes, as we haven't really addressed that in OmniTrader very well.
