Firefox is working perfectly. I just opened four different .pdf files in various OT forum threads, and they all opened normally.

Edited prior posts to reflect information about new Win 10 Edge browser vs. legacy IE 11.

Still don't know why Firefox will not open just this one .pdf link . . . a continuing mystery.
