There is something a bit odd about the Performance Summary Reports generated in OT 2016 Pre-Release 3J.

Instead of the multi-digit display for things like Hit Rate and PPT% only single digit values are being displayed:



I have tried this on several different Profiles and they all produce similar results.

Is there a problem here?
