It looks OmniData related. It's worth trying to reinstall it. With OT closed, uninstall OmniData (or OmniScan) from your installed programs list in your Control Panel. After it finishes, download & install OmniData from here:

http://www.omnitrader.com/currentclients/OmniData/index.asp
