Paper is no exception. That is why stops won't submit until the initial trade executes & becomes an open position. I believe it will work the way you are intending if you use the "Update Portfolio" setting in AutoTrade - set that to run some time after market open. That will allow the initial order to execute/fill which allows the next step in the trade plan to become active & submit stops. | |
