Just for fun - since it came up as a challenge at the Bash - here's a Trillion $$ equity curve using the ATM Macro & Micro in Elite plus one other portfolio at 2X leverage;

I'll be posting more this weekend about some good ways to combine the ATM Macro & Micro that's in Elite efficiently.
