jpb Veteran   Posts: 168 Joined: 5/11/2005 Location: Brown Deer, WI  User Profile | Aaron, I find that if I want to make a new OT instance the same as a previous one, I can copy the Profile and Strategies over to the new OT machine. If I created a Trade Plan, I'll copy that too. Occasionally, I'll create a special OmniLanguage Indicator that I'll have to copy over too. And I just need to make sure that I have all the same plugins installed on both OT instances and I run the updater to update them to the same level. That usually works to make the 2 instances the same. But since I trade each against a different brokerage account, I never sync them after that point. I'll update the software consistently between the 2 but I never have any real reason to synchronize anything else. Hope that helps, Jeff | |
