I have a printed page that lists the different ATM methods. It shows ATM "Microstates" which lists three Market States and six systems. It also lists ATM "Macro & Micro" with six systems and nine Market States.

Referring to Mark Holstius, the Nirvana web site it says "Mark recently created an ATM method called “Micro States” and offers a download.

Are "Micro States" and "Macro & Micro" different ATM methods? It looks like it. If so, the Nirvana web site has a download for "Micro States". Where can I download the latest version of "Macro & Micro"?
