mholstius Veteran   Posts: 175 Joined: 1/13/2017  User Profile | I think I remember Ed saying that they improved OT2019 so that it only compiled “necessary”(?) files when it opened to save time. This is just a guess, but maybe it doesn’t know that the copied file is there and thus doesn’t compile it? If so, maybe this would work when starting OT after copying the file; Just a guess - maybe Barry can weigh in on this?
